Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing by email. Cancellations will not be deemed to be received until you have written confirmation from the Planning Institute of Australia.

No refunds will be made for cancellations for the conference on or after 22 July 2019 however substitutions can be accepted. Registrations are transferable to other attendees without incurring a penalty, however you must advise of the change in writing.
